本文针对泵控缸电液伺服系统用优化方式确定切换函数,用到达条件确定变结构控制律,仿真与工程试验表明基于最优化方法设计的滑动模态变结构控制系统,对外部干扰和参数不确定具有强的鲁棒性,大大优于传统的PID设计,为系统复杂、环境复杂和控制性能要求高的火箭炮电液伺服系统设计提供了一种切实可行的新方法。
In this paper, the pump-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system optimization method to determine the switching function, with the arrival conditions to determine the variable structure control law, simulation and engineering tests show that the optimal design based on sliding mode control system of variable structure, external disturbances and parameters It is proved to be robust and much better than the traditional PID design. It provides a practical and feasible method for the design of rocket electro-hydraulic servo system with complicated system, complex environment and high control performance.
