当今的国际社会是以国家为主体的社会。人类发展到今天,不但认识到加强国际合作的重要性,而且正在加快合作的步伐,这是人类社会的进步。然而,在主权林立的国际社会中,如何协调国家主权和国际合作的关系,乃是具有重要理论和实践意义的国际法课题之一。本文试图通过对国家主权和国际合作的分析,论证两者的关系。
Today’s international community is a state-based society. Human development today not only recognizes the importance of strengthening international cooperation but also accelerates the pace of cooperation, which is an advance in human society. However, how to coordinate the relationship between national sovereignty and international cooperation in the international community with sovereign rights is one of the topics of international law that is of great theoretical and practical significance. This article attempts to demonstrate the relationship between the two by analyzing the national sovereignty and international cooperation.
