利用微波的热效应原理,对实验动物睾丸进行局部照射,以提高睾丸内部温度,改变精子生成的物理环境,从而抑制精子产生,达到节育目的。本文在相同的实验照射条件,和用睾丸中心与阴囊表面同时进行对比性测温的情况下,对实验规定的不同温度组动物的实验结果进行比较,目的在于探讨微波用于节育时的有效温度阈值。实验用微波源为WL-200型医用微波理疗机。动物用体重2.5公斤以上、照前精子密度在2亿/毫升以上的雄性家兔共60只,随机分为4个大组。各组实验规定温度是以微波照射后,睾丸中心温度上升至实验额定温度为准。4个实验组照射时睾内温度分别确定为:41℃,43℃,44℃,46℃。各组动物照后定期分别进行精子密度动态观察和睾丸组织切片检查。实验结果表明,经微波一次照射20分钟后,睾丸内温度升至41℃时,受照动物精子密度并不下降,为节育无效温度。睾内温度43℃组中一半动物精子密度明显下降,但维持时间较短,节育效果不理想。睾内温度44℃组,在20分钟照射下,无论照射1次或2次,所有实验动物精子密度均有明显下降,于照射后15—19天即可降低至0.3亿/毫升以下,维持低水平时间一次照射亚组在23天左右,两次照射亚组约37天。本组在实验结束时,平均精子密度及睾丸组织学改变均能较好恢复,属于节育有效温度。睾内温度46℃组
