酱油的品牌和种类琳琅满目,让人难以选择,其中,贴上儿童酱油、有机酱油标签的酱油价格翻番,但这些酱油的配料成份和普通酱油其实相差不大。中山大学公共卫生学院营养学系主任蒋卓勤认为,标准里并没有儿童酱油、有机酱油的严格划分,这种标签上的名字没有多大意义。依靠酱油来满足人体的营养需求不太现实,酱油更多的是一种调味品。而如果日常烹调时加入太多酱油的话,盐的摄入量会有点高,容易导致高血压,应尽量少用。
