本文旨在将生物反馈原则应用于步态训练,使用计算机辅助反馈(CAF)系统来探究脑瘫患儿小腿三头肌在激活与松弛时的肌电图(EMG)反馈,客观地评价步态功能的改善。 资料与方法 受试者为继发于脑瘫的偏瘫儿7例(男4,女3),年龄8~15岁。受试者经EMG评价,站立相的小腿三头肌活动亢进,单独行走时踝被动背屈和跖屈超过中间位(90°),主动性背屈和跖屈很弱。不用踝-足矫正器都能独立行走。
The purpose of this paper is to apply the principle of biofeedback to gait training and to use the computer aided feedback (CAF) system to explore EMG feedback of triceps brachii muscles in activation and relaxation of cerebral palsy. Objectively evaluate gait function Improvement. Materials and Methods Subjects were 7 children with hemiplegia secondary to cerebral palsy (male 4, female 3), aged 8 to 15 years. Subjects evaluated by EMG showed standing legs triceps hyperthyroidism, walking alone when the ankle passive dorsiflexion and plantar flexion than the medial position (90 °), active dorsiflexion and plantar flexion is weak. Without ankle - foot braces can walk independently.
