多年来,瑞典对于混凝土真空吸水处理工艺和配套设备进行了不断的研究和改进,使得这一技术不仅在瑞典得到了广泛的应用,而且其专用设备还向许多国家出口。近年来,瑞典经过研究发展又将这一工艺扩大应用于呈垂直面的混凝土桥墩、岸壁工程的施工中,使得混凝土经真空处理后,混凝土的密实性、抗渗、抗冻和耐腐蚀性等的优点,得到了进一步的发挥。为了消化国外考察成果,交流国内已有的经验,国家建工总局科技局于今年2月举办了“混凝土真空吸水”技术座谈会。现将会上介绍、交流的有关混凝土真空吸水工艺和试验研究的三篇文章刊载于下,以供读者参考。
Over the years, Sweden has continuously researched and improved the vacuum suction processing technology and equipment for concrete, making this technology not only widely used in Sweden, but also its special equipment exported to many countries. In recent years, Sweden has expanded its application of this technology to the construction of concrete piers and quayside projects with vertical surfaces through research and development. After the vacuum treatment of concrete, the compactness, impermeability, antifreeze, and corrosion resistance of the concrete have been expanded. The advantages have been further played. In order to digest foreign inspection results and exchange existing domestic experiences, the Bureau of Science and Technology of the State Administration of Construction and Industry held the “Concrete Vacuum Absorption” Technology Symposium in February this year. The three articles on concrete vacuum suction technology and experimental research introduced and exchanged will be published below for reference.
