采用四氧嘧啶诱发的大鼠糖尿病和大鼠胰腺切除后糖耐量试验 2种实验动物模型对养阴降糖片进行药效观察。结果表明养阴降糖片 (简称降糖片 )原工艺组均能明显抑制四氧嘧啶诱发的大鼠血糖升高并呈量效关系。与同剂量的新工艺降糖片比较无明显差异。原工艺降糖片 5g/kg组和 1 5g/kg组对胰腺切除的大鼠(切除 80~ 95% )葡糖糖耐量试验时血糖升高反应有明显的抑制作用 ;而新工艺降糖片只有 1 5g/kg组能明显抑制血糖升高 ,5g/kg组无明显作用 (与原工艺组比较P <0 .0 1 ) ,说明降糖片新工艺作用强度不及原工艺
Alloxan-induced diabetes mellitus in rats and rat pancreas reperfused glucose tolerance test Two experimental animal models were used to observe the efficacy of Yangyin Jiangtang Tablets. The results showed that the original technology group of Yangyin Jiangtang Tablets (abbreviated as hypoglycemic tablets) could significantly inhibit alloxan-induced hyperglycemia in rats and showed a dose-effect relationship. Compared with the same dose of new process hypoglycemic tablets, there was no significant difference. The original technology hypoglycemic tablets 5g/kg group and 15g/kg group significantly inhibited the hyperglycemic response during the glucose tolerance test in rats undergoing pancreatectomy (resection of 80-95%); and the new process hypoglycemic tablets Only 1 5g/kg group can significantly inhibit blood glucose elevation, 5g/kg group had no significant effect (compared with the original process group P <0.01), indicating that the new process of hypoglycemic tablets is less effective than the original technology
