(1)用有旋光的2-甲基丁酸(RCO_2H)在甲醇中进行 Kolbe 电解,并将该酸与丁二酸单甲酯进行 Kolbe 混合电解。从各种产物得知游离基(R·)不能保持其立体构型。(2)前人曾提出不同的机理来解释 Kolbe 电解反应。本文指出“过氧化酰”机理难以成立。
(1) Kolbe electrolysis with optically active 2-methylbutyric acid (RCO 2 H) in methanol and Kolbe mixed electrolysis with the succinic acid monomethyl ester. It is known from various products that free radicals (R ·) can not maintain their stereoconfiguration. (2) Previous mechanisms have been proposed to explain the Kolbe electrolysis reaction. This paper points out that “peroxide peroxide” mechanism is difficult to set up.
