目的探索湖北钉螺体内单位体重软体组织葡萄糖含量的季节性变化。方法于2012年2月-2013年1月每月初,采集安徽省芜湖市青弋江滩的湖北钉螺若干,并置于-80℃冰箱冷冻保存。采用常规方法压碎螺壳,鉴别雌雄,分别收集雌雄螺软体组织,己糖激酶法测定葡萄糖含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 2-7月,钉螺体内葡萄糖含量总体呈下降趋势。雌螺和雄螺的葡萄糖含量分别在3月和7月降至全年最低值,分别为1.87μg/mg和3.70μg/mg,并均于8月出现回升,9月时葡萄糖含量达到全年最高值,分别为57.38μg/mg和44.39μg/mg,之后又出现持续下降,至翌年1~2月葡萄糖含量再次出现回升。结论湖北钉螺体内葡萄糖含量随着季节变化而出现有规律的变化。
Objective To explore the seasonal changes of glucose content in body tissues of Oncomelania hupensis. Methods From February 2012 to January 2013, early January each month, a number of snails from Hubei Province were collected from Qingyijiang Beach in Wuhu City, Anhui Province and stored in -80 ℃ freezer. The snails were crushed by the conventional method to discriminate the male and female. The male and female spirochetes were collected, and the glucose content was determined by the hexokinase method. The results were statistically analyzed. Results From February to July, the content of glucose in the snails decreased overall. Glucose contents of female and male snails dropped to their lowest values for the whole year in March and July, respectively, at 1.87 μg / mg and 3.70 μg / mg, respectively, and all recovered in August, with the highest glucose content in September Values of 57.38μg / mg and 44.39μg / mg, respectively, and continued to decrease afterwards. Glucose content rebounded again from January to February of the next year. Conclusion The contents of glucose in the snails in Hubei Province changed regularly with the season.
