Sample distribution: Among interviewed cadres, 47.34% are aged 30 and below, 40.83% are aged 31-40, 8.88% are aged 41-50, and 2.95% are aged 51-60. Among Party cadres interviewed, Party members of CPC are 88.76% , 3.55% for the Communist Youth League, 0.59% for the democratic parties, 1.77% for the non-party members and 5.33% for the masses. Among the cadres interviewed, 17.16% of them hold a master’s degree or above, 82.25% of which have a university (including college) Accounting for 0.59% of the cadres interviewed; 63.91% of the interviewed cadres live in prefecture-level or county-level cities, 17.16% live in township villages and 12.43%
