本研究应用高粱丝黑穗病菌 2、3号生理小种 ,采用种子接种、土壤接种和皮下组织注射接种方法对 75份中外高粱试材进行同步抗性评价 ,明确了 70 5 0A·B、Tx378A·B、10 6 2 5、TNS30、SA2 81、莲塘矮、GW 4386、GW 4388等 38份高粱育种试材在不同接种方法下对高粱丝黑穗病菌 2、3号小种均表现免疫 ,是具有对高粱丝黑穗病菌多抗性的育种试材。本研究中采用寄主皮下组织注射接种技术鉴定抗病高粱资源在我国尚为首次应用 ,是高粱抗病育种中良好的抗病资源鉴选方法。
In this study, the physiological races of pathogenic microorganisms 2 and 3 of Sorghum smut were used to evaluate the synchronous resistance of 75 Chinese and foreign sorghum cultivars by using seed inoculation, soil inoculation and subcutaneous inoculation inoculation.
