对于如图所示的无基准面的凸模,进行线切割镶嵌修复,找正定位,是一个难于解决的问题。下面把我们的解决办法写出。首先按损坏槽的中心线找正,使槽中心线与 y 坐标轴尽量平行,用百分表头打表,往返相同距离表针位置在0.01mm 之内。找正后,镶槽起终点取在相邻两槽的中心处 A、B 点(因难以精确控制,只是大致取出)。从 A 点起始切割,切割出如图2所示的镶槽及镶块,镶块与镶槽单边过盈0.015~0.02mm。取下工件后,钳工修配镶块,呈过渡配合状态,用手能缓缓压入镶槽为好。但镶块暂且不要镶进。
