本文选择了9所美国高校历史学系的“世界史”课程设置作为质性观察对象,以便更广泛了解美国高校历史学系“世界史”课程设置的基本情况。总体看来,美国高校的“世界史”课程改革,其努力方向主要体现在两个趋势上:一是在课程设置上,向强调跨越时空、强调地区间联系的“全球史”转变;二是在解释体系上,向强调多样性、强调概念工具的“新史学”转变。这两方面既给“世界史”教学带来了相当大的改观,但也带来了较大的挑战。
This article chooses “World History ” curriculums of 9 American colleges and universities as the qualitative observation object, in order to gain a broader understanding of the basic situation of American history department “world history ” curriculum.
