在本届展览会上,协会与日本食品化学新闻社、日本食品添加物协会、韩国食品产业协会和美国驻上海总领馆农业处第一次联合主办了“国内外食品添加剂法规标准技术大讲堂”。邀请了国内外专家详细解读中国、日本、韩国、美国和欧盟食品添加剂管理法规和标准,帮助中国企业了解不同国际市场准入门槛和新的规定。在大讲堂上,国家食品安全风险评估中心三部副主任张俭波博士,黑龙江省食品药品监督管理局副局长张守文教授,中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院高彦祥教授,天津科技大学食品工程与生物技术学院院长、食品生物技术教育部工程研究中心主任 At the exhibition, the association jointly organized with Japan’s Food & Chemical News Agency, Japan Food Additives Association, Korea Food Industry Association and the Agriculture Department of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai for the first time to co-sponsor “Standards and Standards for Food Additives at Home and Abroad Lecture hall ”.
