在唐明述等的小砂浆棒快速鉴定硅酸类集料碱活性方法的基础上,采取增大集料粒径和试体尺寸的措施,提出了鉴定碳酸盐岩碱活性的快速法—小混凝土柱压蒸法和岩石柱压蒸法,并就本方法的各种试验条件进行了系统研究。此方法具有高灵敏度、快速、方便且行之有效等特点。通过 SEM/EDS、XRD和热分析研究表明,在压蒸条件下碱对岩石渗透和碱—白云石反应被大大加速,导致了碱性压蒸条件下的试体膨胀。
Based on the method of rapid identification of silicic acid-aggregate alkali activity by the small mortar rods of Tang Mingshu et al., the measure of increasing the particle size of the aggregates and the size of the specimens was adopted, and a fast method for identifying alkali activity of carbonate rocks was proposed—small concrete. The column pressure steaming method and the rock column pressure steaming method were systematically studied on the various test conditions of this method. This method is highly sensitive, fast, convenient, and effective. Through SEM/EDS, XRD and thermal analysis studies, it was found that alkali penetration of rock and alkali-dolomite reaction was greatly accelerated under pressure steaming conditions, resulting in the expansion of the test body under alkaline pressure steaming conditions.
