目的探讨P27在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其应用价值。方法采用S-P免疫组化技术对48例脑胶质瘤患者按WHO分类标准的不同恶性程度,将人脑胶质瘤组织和12例非肿瘤脑组织中P27蛋白的表达作了检测,并用彩色图像分析系统对染色结果进行定量分析,同时将其与患者临床特点密切联系进行对比,最后得出结论。结果P27蛋自免疫反应复合物定位于细胞核,并在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达明显较非肿瘤组织为高,且P27蛋白的表达程度随肿瘤恶性程度的增高而下降,同时P27蛋白的表达强度愈低则患者预后就越差。结论P27蛋白的异常表达可能与人脑胶质瘤的发生和发展密切相关,其表达强度可客观地反映肿瘤的恶性程度和评价预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of P27 in human glioma and its clinical value. Methods The expression of P27 protein in human glioma tissue and 12 non-tumor brain tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 48 patients with glioma under different malignancies classified according to the WHO standard. Conclusion The abnormal expression of P27 protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of human glioma. The expression intensity of P27 protein can objectively reflect the malignancy of the tumor and evaluate the prognosis.
