Unimaginable, after graduating from Cambridge students actually went down to the restaurant, willing to be a chef. The author Alastair Little is one, and he is very successful, very comfortable, and now has two restaurants in London, both the boss, but also a chef, quite famous in the United Kingdom, often on television, appearances, pointing diet. Let us hear what he thought of eating in the 21st century.
