用非侵入性方法诊断心肌梗塞对患者的正确评价和治疗甚为重要。已拟定的有关下壁心肌梗塞的心电图和心向量图诊断标准已有数种,但皆尚未经过系统性与独立的评价。本文旨在比较与评价这些心电图和心向量图标准的特异性与敏感性。方法:146例患者,经左、右心导管检查、左心室造影、冠状动脉电影造影分为两组。正常组:共63例,左、右心室压力、心排出量、左室壁活动、喷血分数、瓣膜功能和冠状动脉造影均正常。下壁心肌梗塞组:共83例,有长时间胸痛伴 CK-MB 同功酶的动态变化等心肌梗塞病史,选择性冠状动脉电影造
Noninvasive methods to diagnose myocardial infarction are important for proper patient evaluation and treatment. Several diagnostic criteria have been developed for electrocardiogram and cardiac vector plotting of inferior myocardial infarction, but none have been systematically and independently evaluated. This article aims to compare and evaluate the standard specificity and sensitivity of these ECG and cardiac vector charts. Methods: A total of 146 patients were divided into two groups by left and right heart catheterization, left ventricular angiography and coronary angiography. Normal group: a total of 63 cases, left and right ventricular pressure, cardiac output, left ventricular wall activity, spurt score, valve function and coronary angiography were normal.
