在γ谱线天文观测中采用多头锗晶体作为γ谱仪中的中心探测器,以提高探测器的观测灵敏度。本文以一个九头高纯锗探测器系统为实例,用蒙特卡洛模拟方法,分析了入射光子在各晶体中的能损分配和各类效率的比例,给出在几种晶体输出幅度组合相加情况下,探测的全能峰效率可提高的份额。并用较完整的模型对单个晶体的模拟结果与实测结果进行了详细讨论。
In the astronomical observation of γ-ray astronomical observation, multi-head germanium crystal is used as the central detector in γ spectrometer to improve the observational sensitivity of the detector. In this paper, a nine-head high-purity germanium detector system is taken as an example. The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to analyze the energy loss distribution and the ratio of various types of incident photons in each crystal. In addition, the detection of all-around peak efficiency can increase the share. A more complete model of a single crystal simulation results and measured results were discussed in detail.
