The Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences(《营养与食品科学》)发表的一项研究指出,多吃杧果有助于更好地提高成年人和儿童的饮食质量和营养摄入。这项研究由美国杧果委员会部分资助。研究认为,成年人食用杧果不仅有助于全面营养,摄入更多营养物质,如膳食纤维和钾等,还能保持较轻的体重、较低的C反应蛋白等,高敏感性的C反应蛋白是目前衡量心血管疾病的重要指标。
A study published in The Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences points out that eating more berries helps to improve the quality of diet and nutritional intake of adults and children. The study was funded in part by the NAC Commission. Research suggests that adults eating mangosteen not only contribute to total nutrition, intake of more nutrients, such as dietary fiber and potassium, but also to maintain a lighter weight, lower C-reactive protein, high sensitivity of C Reactive protein is currently an important measure of cardiovascular disease.
