自1987年以来,中国科学技术信息研究所一直承担着中国科技人员在国内外发表论文数量和影响的统计分析工作,每年定期公布中国科技论文发表趋势和状况。国际部分的统计采用国际权威检索数据库《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(Ei)和《科学会议录引文索引》(CPCI-S,原ISTP)、《医学索引》(MEDLINE)和《社会科学引文索引》(SSCI),2011年又增加了对Scopus数据库的统计。国内部分的统计采用中国科学技术信息研究所1987年建立的《中国科技论文与引文数据库》(CSTPCD),该数据库2010年收录中国1998种中国各学科重要科技期刊,即中国科技论文统计源期刊。本文按我国论文数在世界所处位置及影响、我国国际论文收录数和被引用情况以及分布情况、我国国内论文发表数和被引用情况以及分布情况、中国科技论文的国际合作情况、社会科学论文统计情况等部分公布统计结果。2011年,我们继续发布我国表现不俗论文的简要统计结果。
Since 1987, China Institute of Science and Technology Information has been undertaking the statistical analysis of the number and impact of Chinese scientists and technicians in publishing papers both at home and abroad, and regularly publishing the published trends and status of Chinese scientific papers. International statistics are based on international authoritative indexed databases such as SCI, Ei and CPCI-S (original ISTP), MEDLINE and Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), 2011 added the Scopus database. The domestic part of the statistics using China Science and Technology Information Institute established in 1987, “China Science Paper and Citation Database” (CSTPCD), the database in 2010 included China’s 1998 major disciplines of various Chinese science and technology journals, namely, China Science and Technology Papers Statistics source journals. According to the number and number of papers published in the world, the number of citations and citations of international papers in our country, the number of citations and citations published in China, the international cooperation of Chinese scientific papers, the number of papers published in social sciences in China Statistics and other statistics released. In 2011, we continue to publish brief statistics on well-performing papers in our country.
