近日,中共黑龙江省委办公厅、黑龙江省人民政府办公厅联合印发了《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的实施意见》(以下简称《实施意见》),这是黑龙江省贯彻落实中办、国办《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》的具体成果,体现了省委、省政府对档案工作的高度重视和关心,同时也从战略全局上对全省档案工作改革发展做出的规划和部署。《实施意见》全面贯彻了中央精神,紧密结合了全省档案工作实际,将中办、国办《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》
