针对冷拔钢管磷化过程中磷化沉渣产生过多的现象,在实验室试验得出的磷化钢管沉渣量为1.898g/m2,冷拔钢管磷化生产过程中磷化钢管沉渣量为5~8g/m2。利用实验室数据结合生产实际情况,提出减少磷化沉渣的具体措施,同时指出在钢管的磷化过程中,只有有效地控制Fe2+质量浓度的范围,选用配方科学的磷化母液,制定合理的技术参数,才能明显减少磷化沉渣,从而达到提高钢管的磷化质量,降低消耗的目的。
In view of the phenomenon of too much phosphating sediment in the phosphating process of cold drawn steel pipe, the amount of sediment of phosphated steel pipe obtained in the laboratory test is 1.898g / m2, the amount of sediment of phosphated steel pipe in the process of phosphating cold drawn steel pipe is 5 ~ 8g / m2. Based on the laboratory data and the actual situation of production, concrete measures for reducing phosphate sediment are put forward. At the same time, it is pointed out that only the effective control of the range of Fe2 + concentration in the phosphating process of steel pipe should be based on the scientific formulation of phosphating mother liquor.
