This article describes an in-machine instrument for measuring energy densities, measuring 3 cm x 3.5 cm x 5 cm and weighing 17.7 grams. It accepts a 2450 MHz microwave current using a 0.12λ (1.5 cm) dipole antenna. The microwave current is rectified by a Schottky barrier diode, during which time an electrolyzer is used to convert the microwave power to an electrochemical dose. The choice of electronic components was studied, the response of the meter to 5 ~ 50 mW / cm 2 microwave radiation was discussed, and several suggestions for further research were put forward.
