目的:通过湿性医疗技术治疗面部软组织缺损的临床效果观察,介绍一种治疗面部软组织缺损的新方法。方法:对85例面部软组织缺损患者采用湿性医疗技术进行治疗,临床观察创面愈合时间、愈后疤痕及面形、功能变化,分析其疗效。结果:85例患者创面愈合时间最短12 d,最长72 d,74例患者面形及功能恢复正常,伤区皮肤弹性好,瘢痕较轻;11例失访,2例鼻尖、鼻小柱皮肤及鼻翼软骨缺损愈合时间最长,愈后左侧鼻孔边缘遗留V形缺损,湿性医疗技术可能对软骨无作用。结论:湿性医疗技术可以使面部软组织缺损达到较为理想的愈合,操作方法简单,能明显降低医疗费用,是一种简单有效的方法,特别适用于老年患者、全身情况差,不能耐受复杂手术治疗的患者。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of wet medical treatment on facial soft tissue defects, and to introduce a new method for the treatment of facial soft tissue defects. Methods: Eighty - five patients with facial soft tissue defect were treated with wet medical technique. The wound healing time, scar and surface shape and function were observed after operation. The curative effect was analyzed. Results: The wound healing time of the 85 patients was the shortest 12 days and the longest 72 days. The shape and function of 74 patients recovered well, the skin elasticity of the injured area was good and the scar was lighter. And the alar cartilage defect longest healing time, the left margin of the left nostril left V-shaped defect, wet medical technology may have no effect on cartilage. Conclusion: The wet medical technique can make the facial soft tissue defect achieve the ideal healing, the operation method is simple and the medical cost can be obviously reduced, which is a simple and effective method. It is especially suitable for elderly patients with poor general condition and can not tolerate complicated surgeries Of patients.
