基层党建是我们党蓬勃发展的基础,高校学生党员是学生中的中坚力量,学生党员队伍建设是高校党的建设的基础工程,而研究生的党建工作更加不容忽视。研究生群体代表着我国人才培养的水平,而研究生党员更是基层党员群体中不可或缺的一部分,所以加强对研究生党员的政治培养和创新基层党建工作就变得格外重要。
Party building at the grassroots level is the foundation for vigorous development of our party. Party members in colleges and universities are the backbone among students. The construction of the contingent of student party members is the basic project for the party building in colleges and universities. The party building work for postgraduates should not be overlooked. The graduate students represent the level of talent cultivation in our country, and the postgraduate students are more and more indispensable part of the grassroots party members. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to strengthen the political training of the postgraduate students and innovate the grass-roots party building.
