目的建立桂枝挥发油中桂皮醛含量测定的气相色谱法。方法选用HPultra-1毛细石英色谱柱(25m×0.2mm×0.33μm),柱温60℃,程序升温至250℃,进样器温度250℃,不分流进样,不分流周期0.4min,检测器FID250℃,载气He:1mL/min,H20.2kg/cm2,空气0.4kg/cm2。HP3396A积分仪。结果桂皮醛进样量在0.082~1.640g/L浓度范围内峰面积与被测物浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为100.69%。以乙晴为溶剂,对不同时间点测得的挥发油中桂皮醛含量相对接近。结论该方法操作简便,准确,重现性好。
Objective To establish gas chromatographic method for determination of cinnamic aldehyde in volatile oil from Guizhi. Methods HPultra-1 capillary quartz column (25m×0.2mm×0.33μm) was used. The column temperature was 60°C. The program was heated to 250°C. The sampler temperature was 250°C. The splitless injection was performed, and the splittation period was 0.4min. FID 250°C, carrier gas He: 1 mL/min, H20.2 kg/cm2, air 0.4 kg/cm2. HP3396A integrator. Results There was a good linear relationship between peak area and analyte concentration in the concentration range of 0.082~1.640g/L, r=0.9994. The average recovery rate was 100.69%. Using B as a solvent, the content of cinnamic aldehyde in volatile oil measured at different time points was relatively close. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
