To study the effect of consuming liquor on blood pressure in rats. Thirty-two healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: wine sample 1 group, wine sample 2 group, wine sample 3 group and saline control group. Each wine sample group were given the corresponding wine samples 5 mL / kg · d, the control group was given equal volume of saline gavage. Daily 9:00 am, 18:00 pm each gavage 1, morning and afternoon gavage dose are the same day half of the total gavage. After gavage for 12 weeks, the rats in each group were tested for blood pressure by tail cuff method and carotid artery cannulation respectively. The results showed that the systolic blood pressure of rats in each wine sample group was slightly higher than that in saline control group (P> 0.05), but there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure between each wine sample group (P> 0.05 ); Drinking three kinds of 52% vol consumption of white wine (5 mL / kg · d) for 12 weeks can slightly increase blood pressure in rats, but the blood pressure was not significant.
