新课程改革目标的一个突出特点就是加强课程的人文科学教育、人文素质教育和人文精神教育。新的体育课程标准,突破了以往以竞技运动项目为主的内容体系,体现了体育课的健康教育特征,强调“培养学生对体育运动的兴趣与爱好,具有良好的心理品质表现,表现出人际交际的能力和合作精神,提高对个人健康和群体健康的责任感,形成健康的生活方式,发扬体育精神,形成积极进取、乐观开朗的生活态度”。从而能更有效地塑造学生正确的价值观,陶冶高尚情操和完善人格,加强了体育教育的人文色彩。
A prominent feature of the new curriculum reform goal is to strengthen the humanities science education, humanistic quality education and humanistic education. The new physical education curriculum standards have broken through the previous content system that was dominated by competitive sports programs, embodied the characteristics of physical education and health education, emphasized ”cultivating students’ interests and hobbies for sports, and had a good psychological quality performance. The ability of interpersonal communication and the spirit of cooperation enhance the sense of responsibility for personal health and group health, form a healthy lifestyle, promote sportsmanship, and form a positive, optimistic and cheerful attitude to life. This can more effectively shape the students’ correct values, cultivate noble sentiments and improve their personality, and strengthen the humanistic color of physical education.
