初中学校体育训练场地有限、学生身体素质较差、上课意愿低,增加了课堂管理的难度,我们尝试通过投入情感,运用情感手段提高学生的运动兴趣和上课热情,通过问卷调查和实验对比,情感投入在课堂管理中起到非常重要的辅助作用,补充了传统靠纪律来维持课堂管理的缺陷,使学生更加容易接受体育知识、培养良好的锻炼习惯和运动意识,从而增强其上课的积极性,规范学生行为,实现教学目标,达到课堂管理的目的。
