目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症(OEms)异位和在位内膜中S100A6的表达及意义。方法应用Elivision Tmplus免疫组化方法检测30例OEms异位、在位内膜和非子宫内膜异位症(EMs)子宫内膜组织(对照组)中的S100A6,并应用计算机图像分析系统对结果进行体视学指标积分光密度(IOD)的检测。计算各组内膜组织中的细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果 OEms异位内膜及在位内膜和对照组中S100A6的IOD分别为(10.96±6.28)、(23.77±16.90)及(67.10±36.46),AI分别为(1.44±0.53)%、(3.10±0.75)%及(4.79±0.69)%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);OEms组在位内膜分泌期S100A6低于增生期(t=4.690,P﹤0.01);S100A6和AI在各组内膜中表达均呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。结论 S100A6可能影响EMs的细胞凋亡,可能与EMs的发生、发展相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of S100A6 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis (OEMS). Methods The Elivision Tmplus immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of S100A6 in 30 ectopic endometrium, endometriosis and non-endometriosis (EMs) endometrium (control group), and the results were analyzed by computer image analysis system Stereological indicators of integral optical density (IOD) detection. Apoptotic index (AI) was calculated in each group of endometrial tissues. Results The IOD of S100A6 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and control group were (10.96 ± 6.28), (23.77 ± 16.90) and (67.10 ± 36.46), respectively, and the AI were (1.44 ± 0.53)% and ± 0.75% and 4.79 ± 0.69%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In endometriotic secretory phase S100A6 in OEms group was lower than that in proliferative phase (t = 4.690, P <0.01) There was a positive correlation between the expression of endometrium and each group (P <0.01). Conclusion S100A6 may affect the apoptosis of EMs, which may be related to the occurrence and development of EMs.
