经过近半年的运筹试施,我院以分配制度为改革的突破口,在全院普遍推行绩效工资制,充分调动了全院干部、职工的积极性,赢得了社会效益和经济效益。
After nearly half a year of operational planning, our hospital allocated the distribution system as a breakthrough point in the reform and generally implemented a performance-based wage system throughout the hospital, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the cadres and staff of the hospital and winning social and economic benefits.
