传媒革命引发的社会变革,对新闻传播人才培养提出了挑战。应对挑战,强化人才培养目标,转变教育观念,更新课程设置,探索新媒体时代创新型新闻传播人才培养路径是高校新闻传播学科,尤其是广播电视学专业亟待思考的问题。因此,创新人才培养模式,适应传媒发展变化,实现课上与课下、学校与社会相结合的方式成为不少高校为之探索的目标。
The social revolution triggered by the media revolution posed a challenge to the cultivation of journalists. To deal with the challenges, to strengthen the goal of personnel training, to change the concept of education, to update the curricular settings, and explore new media era innovative journalism and communication talents training path is the subject of journalism and communication in colleges and universities, especially radio and television major issues to be pondered. Therefore, it is the goal of many colleges and universities to innovate the mode of personnel training, adapt to the development and change of the media, and realize the combination of class and subject, school and society.
