为了研究高温与长期荷载条件下聚酯布对沥青路面抗车辙性能的影响,选择两种聚酯布进行车辙与MMLS3试验,并结合时-温等效理论分析两个试验结果的相关性。车辙试验结果表明与普通试件相比,高温条件下1#、2#聚酯布试件的车辙深度依次降低24.7%和55.7%,动稳定度分别提高1.8和2.5倍。MMLS3试验结果表明长期荷载作用下聚酯布试件的最终车辙深度比普通试件小约20%;25万次加载后普通试件出现剪切裂缝,进入破坏阶段,聚酯布试件则进入稳定剪切变形阶段。两个试验共同说明高温与长期荷载条件下,聚酯布均能有效分散轮胎荷载应力,提高沥青路面的抗车辙性能。
In order to study the effect of polyester fabric on the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement under high temperature and long-term load, two kinds of polyester fabrics were selected for rutting and MMLS3 test. The correlation between the two test results was analyzed based on the time-temperature equivalent theory. The rutting test results show that the rutting depths of 1 # and 2 # polyester fabric specimens decrease 24.7% and 55.7% respectively, and the dynamic stability increases 1.8 and 2.5 times respectively compared with the ordinary specimens. MMLS3 test results show that the final rutting depth of the polyester cloth specimens under the long-term load is about 20% less than that of the ordinary specimens; after 250000 times of loading, the ordinary specimens show the shear cracks and enter the destruction stage, while the polyester cloth specimens enter Stable shear deformation stage. The two tests together illustrate that under the conditions of high temperature and long-term load, the polyester cloth can effectively disperse the tire load stress and improve the anti-rutting performance of the asphalt pavement.
