1.测试条件不正确 发动机有效功率和耗油率的测定要求发动机处于正常的工作量度下进行。而不少测试人员不懂这方面知识,有些怕麻烦为节约时间,测功器油耗仪一装上就检测,这样测得的结果自然就不准确。 正确的操作方法是: 首先安装好仪器,启动发动机并注童观察制动鼓旋转是否正常。预热发动机并逐渐加大油门,使发动机预温至水温70—100℃,袖温50—95℃的工作温度。然后才可进行测试。 2.所测试的功率和油耗不正确 这是此仪器在使用中存在的主要问题。功率油耗仪主要是测试发动机满负荷时的有效功率及其相应功率下的耗油率。而不少测试人员测定的是发动机的最大功率及其相应的油耗,即加载至发动机冒黑烟即将熄火这一状态下的功率及耗油率。这样测得的数值与正确方法下测得的数值间肯定存在较大的差异,从而使测试结果及分析出理错误,而不能正确调修,达不到应有的经济效益。
