目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对81例(101只眼)行胬肉切除,将同侧眼颞上方带有角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到胬肉处的巩膜上。结果术后反应轻,移植片存活,3只眼复发,复发率3.1%。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗胬肉,方法简单,恢复角膜缘屏障,降低了复发率,安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 81 cases (101 eyes) underwent pterygium resection. The conjunctiva flap with limbal stem cells on the ipsilateral eye was transplanted to the sclera of the pterygium. Results The postoperative reaction was light, the graft survived, and the recurrence rate was 3.1% in 3 eyes. Conclusion Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium, the method is simple, to restore limbal barrier and reduce the recurrence rate, safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
