1996年1月由北京大学出版社出版的新编《法理学》,是由国家考委组织编写的全国高等教育自学考试律师专业法理学课程的教材,这本教材与原来全国高等教育法律专业自考教材相比,在体例和内容上都做了重大改革,特别是对有关社会主义市场经济体制中涉及的法学理论问题,根据新的形势发展进行了科学的、较系统的阐述,使之不但具有较强的理论性和实践性,而且具有鲜明的时代特色,在诸多方面都有新的发展,这里择其要点,评述如下:
