目的分析大田县实施第一轮全球基金结核病控制项目的效果。方法根据2003年4月1日～2008年3月31日项目活动5个周期年间的项目结核病人登记本及各类统计报表等相关资料,分析病人发现及治管效果。结果2003年4月1日～2008年3月31日项目活动5个周期年间共发现活动性肺结核病人1107例,活动性肺结核病人总登记率为63.0/10万;痰涂片检查阳性698例,其中初治涂阳肺结核病人666例,初治涂阳病人登记率为37.9/10万;初治涂阳病人的治愈率为93.5%;复治涂阳病人的治愈率为75.0%。情况表明,使项目达到了预期结果。结论第一轮全球基金结核病控制项目实施使大田县的结核病控制项目取得显著成效,推动了本县结核病控制工作可持续性发展,并为落实《大田县结核病防治规划(2001～2010)》以及全面实施现代结核病控制策略奠定了基础。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the first round of global tuberculosis control project in Daejeon County. Methods According to the registered TB cases and all kinds of statistical reports during the five cycles of the project from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2008, the results of patient discovery and management were analyzed. Results A total of 1107 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found during the five-year project period from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2008. The total enrollment rate of active tuberculosis patients was 63.0 / 100 000. Positive sputum smear tests were 698 cases, Among them, 666 smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were newly diagnosed, and the registration rate of smear-positive patients was 37.9 / 100,000. The cure rate of smear-positive patients was 93.5%. The cure rate of smear-positive patients was 75.0%. The situation shows that the project has achieved the expected result. Conclusion The implementation of the first round of Global Fund TB Control Program has made remarkable achievements in the control project of tuberculosis in Datian County and promoted the sustainable development of tuberculosis control in this county.
