利用透射电镜技术观察正常人骨髓造血基质细胞对HL－60细胞的逆转分化作用，从而探讨基质细胞对异常实质细胞的调控作用。结果表明：正常人骨髓造血基质细胞对人急性早幼粒白血病HL－60细胞株有逆转分化作用，表现在促分化和抑制增殖作用两方面。其机理主要以直接接触而发挥其调控作用。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the reversal effect of normal bone marrow hematopoietic stromal cells on HL-60 cells, and to explore the regulation of stromal cells on abnormal parenchymal cells. The results showed that: normal human bone marrow hematopoietic stromal cells have the effect of reversing the differentiation of human acute promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cell line, manifesting itself in promoting differentiation and inhibiting proliferation. Its mechanism is mainly direct contact and exert its regulation.
