本研究选择上海市区飘尘污染轻,而二氧化硫污染程度不同的3个地区,通过准历史性前瞻的流行病学调查方法,采用多因素回归分析探讨二氧化硫污染对人体呼吸道常见症状发生的作用。结果表明,现有上海大气二氧化硫污染对呼吸系统的不利影响是存在的,大气二氧化硫年平均浓度每增加60μg/m~3时,咳嗽和气急发生的优势比为1.31和1.71。
In this study, we selected three areas with light dust pollution in Shanghai and different levels of sulfur dioxide pollution, and investigated the effect of sulfur dioxide pollution on the common symptoms of human respiratory tract by quasi-historical prospective epidemiological investigation. The results showed that the existing adverse effects of atmospheric sulfur dioxide pollution on the respiratory system in Shanghai existed. The odds ratios of cough and shortness of breath were 1.31 and 1.71 for every 60 μg / m ~ 3 increase in annual average concentration of sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere.
