在初中阶段,班主任负责的核心工作是在学生的学习、思想以及健康等方面起到引导和管理的作用。而我国当前的基础教育工作正处在转型发展的阶段,这就无形之中给班主任的管理工作带来了更新的要求和标准,本文也就此重点对初中班主任的管理和教育艺术进行较为深入的探讨,并分析了如何通过有效的策略来提高初中班主任管理和教育艺术。
At the junior high school stage, the core task of the teacher in charge of class is to guide and manage students’ learning, thinking and health.
