科技档案是科技活动的反映。反映得是否同实际科技活动一致,这就是科技档案是否准确的标准。以研制工程为例:研制工程项目(型号)科技档案由研试文件、设计文件和工艺文件转化而成。其科技档案准确性的标准是“三个一致”,即研试文件同实际研试活动一致,设计文件同产品技术状态一致;工艺文件同生产实际一致。科技档案的准确性同科技档案由之转化而来的科技文件具有更改变化这一特性密切相关。一些重要的、一般具有保管价值,最终需要归档的依据性和成果性科技文件经审批生效
