近几年来,鹿泉市南铜冶精密铸铜厂在产品质量上很下功夫,一方面着手技术改造工作,培养自己的人才,一方面强化内部管理,严把质量关。产品远销美国、法国、新加坡、澳大利亚、马来西亚、英国等地。该企业被誉为河北省出口创汇先进企业,石家庄市百强企业,鹿泉市十佳样板企业,并且是河北省千家骨干企业之一。鹿泉市精密铸钢厂的前身是一个生产耧、犁、耙等农机具配件的小作坊。随着市场经济的不断深入,该厂于1982年投资30万元配备了3套中频电炉.结束了作坊式的生产方式,增加了拖拉机、脱粒机等农机具的配件。1988年,他们开始生产国际市场上需要的汽车配件,但由于自身素质低,设备陈旧,检测手段不完备,时有退货事件发生。产品质量不过关,严重束缚该厂的发展。
In recent years, Luquan City Nantong Metallurgical Precision Casting Copper Works has devoted great efforts on product quality. Products are exported to the United States, France, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Britain and other places. The company is hailed as Hebei Province’s advanced foreign exchange earning enterprise, one of the top 100 enterprises in Shijiazhuang City, the top 10 model enterprises in Luquan City, and one of the 1,000 key enterprises in Hebei Province. The predecessor of Luquan Precise Steel Casting Plant is a small workshop for the production of hoe, plow, hoe and other agricultural machinery accessories. With the continuous deepening of the market economy, the plant invested 300,000 yuan in 1982 and equipped with 3 sets of medium-frequency electric stoves. It ended the workshop-style production method and added accessories for tractors, threshers, and other agricultural machinery and equipment. In 1988, they began to produce auto parts needed on the international market. However, due to their low quality, outdated equipment, and incomplete detection methods, there were incidents of return. However, the quality of the product is not enough to seriously restrict the development of the plant.
