【目的】应用相关性、“合理-满意度”和多维价值理论的合并规则的复合评价方法,通过对新疆地区主要栽培品种的调查分析、品种综合评价,以确定适宜新疆主栽品种,为新疆梨持续发展提供决策依据。【方法】测定5个梨品种的单果重、果形指数、果肉硬度、汁液含量、可溶性固形物含量、VC含量、可溶性糖含量、总酸度、糖酸比等9个主要果实品质因子。应用相关性、“合理-满意度”和多维价值理论的合并规则进行综合比较,得出各生理指标的相关性、各品种果实品质的合成“合理-满意度”。【结果】9个品质指标在品种间都存在相关性;部分品质指标间存在极显著或显著正(负)相关,部分指标间存在一定的相关性但不显著;合成“合理-满意度”0.493~0.955,新梨7号的合成“合理-满意度”数值最高,沙01、沙02、沙03的合成“合理-满意度”数值较高;香梨的合成“合理-满意度”数值最低。【结论】根据不同品种优异的性状和特点来开发产品,而不会仅仅因为品种的综合满意度低而使种质资源流失。

Application relevance, “reasonable - Satisfaction ” and the merger rules of multidimensional value theory to make a comprehensive comparison to get the correlation of each physiological index, the synthesis of the fruit quality of all varieties “reasonable - satisfaction ”. 【Result】 There were correlations among 9 quality indexes among varieties; some significant or significant positive (negative) correlations were found between some quality indexes, some of them had some correlation but not significant; “0.493 ~ 0.955, the synthesis of Xinli 7 was the highest in” reasonable - satisfaction “, the synthesis of” Shaoxing “,” Sha 02 “and” Sha 03 “ Reasonable - satisfaction ”the lowest value. 【Conclusion】 According to the excellent traits and characteristics of different varieties to develop products, not only because of the lack of comprehensive satisfaction of varieties germplasm resources loss.
