由于电机产品的不断改进,北京电机总厂与日本有关部门协作试制新型电机。在电机风扇叶的设计上提高了内孔精度;原内孔精度为D_4级,而新设计风扇叶内孔为新公差标准的H_7级(相当于D级,见附图)。原电机风扇叶的内孔及键槽制造工艺是车内孔,插键槽。为了保证新产品的质量,提高生产效率,北京电机研究所对新型电机风扇叶的生产工艺提出改进意见,要求同时拉削内孔及键槽。我们接受了刀具的设计与制造任务。
Due to the continuous improvement of the motor products, Beijing Electric General Factory and the relevant departments in Japan trial production of new motor. In the design of the motor fan blade to improve the accuracy of the hole; the original hole accuracy D_4 level, while the new design fan blade hole for the new tolerance standard H_7 level (equivalent to D-class, see the photo). The original motor fan blade hole and keyway manufacturing process is the car hole, keyway slot. In order to ensure the quality of new products and improve production efficiency, Beijing Institute of Electrical Engineers proposed improvements in the production process of the new motor fan blades, requiring the simultaneous broaching of the inner holes and the keyways. We accepted the tool design and manufacturing tasks.
