阳萎是一种常见的男性性功能障碍疾病,占泌尿科门诊病人的10％左右。由于阳萎的病因诊断比较复杂,长期以来,治疗效果不甚满意。近年来,国内外部分学者用阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物治疗阳萎,取得了良好效果。现综述如下。一、方法和药物注射时间一般选择在性交前。患者平卧位,外阴部常规消毒,用左手拇指和食指分别捏住阴茎根部,用皮试细针在阴茎根部侧方穿刺进入阴茎海绵体内,不必抽吸,缓慢注入药物。经常应用可两侧海绵体交替注射。
