本文介绍了一种适合保密通信用的新型编译码系统,它在两个同步发送/接收机之间采用一种电子式随机变化的正交相位调制与解调方式。本编码方法具有随机特性,即使能破译也非常困难。整个系统均由一般的现成元件构成,成本低廉,足以用于专用线路和工业通信,并且保密性亦能满足国家安全保密的要求。它可用于传送数字数据、指令信号、增量调制的话音信号、数字电视信号以及其它各种可变成数字形式的数据信号。
This paper presents a new coding and decoding system for secure communications that uses an electronic random-varying quadrature phase modulation and demodulation scheme between two synchronous transmitters / receivers. The coding method has random characteristics, even if it can decipher it is very difficult. The entire system is made of conventional off-the-shelf components, low cost, sufficient for dedicated lines and industrial communications, and confidentiality to meet national security and confidentiality requirements. It can be used to transmit digital data, command signals, incrementally modulated voice signals, digital television signals and various other digital data signals.
