目的:探讨不同基源和同基源赤、白芍对血虚证动物模型外周血象及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响,观察其补血作用。方法:应用综合放血制备血虚证小鼠模型,检测各组动物外周血常规及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结果:血虚证动物模型外周血象及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性均有显著变化。当归(2.4 g/kg)、野生芍药(2.4 g/kg)对血虚模型降低的RBC有显著升高作用,同时野生芍药(2.4 g/kg)对降低的HGB也具有显著升高作用。结论:当归(2.4 g/kg)、野生芍药(2.4 g/kg)对血虚模型有明显补血作用,其作用机制可能与增强红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different kinds of radix and radix paeoniae alba and radix paeoniae rubra in peripheral blood and Na + -K + -ATPase activity in animal model of blood deficiency syndrome, and to observe its blood-activating effect. Methods: Blood samples of blood deficiency syndrome were prepared by comprehensive exsanguination. Peripheral blood routine and Na + -K + -ATPase activity of each group were detected. Results: There were significant changes in peripheral blood and Na + -K + -ATPase activity in animal model of blood deficiency syndrome. Angelica sinensis (2.4 g / kg) and wild peony (2.4 g / kg) significantly increased RBC with reduced blood deficiency model, and wild peony (2.4 g / kg) also had a significant effect on the decreased HGB. CONCLUSION: Angelica sinensis (2.4 g / kg) and wild peony (2.4 g / kg) have obvious blood-enriching effect on the blood-deficient model, which may be related to the enhancement of Na + -K + -ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane.
