近十年来,我国高等职业教育特别足地方高职院校在得到前所未有的显著发展的同时,也存在着认识偏差不到位、办学设施欠完善、办学定位不准确、办学特色不鲜明、生存发展竞争压力过大等问题。为了解决上述问题,促进高职教育特别是地方高职院校的科学持续协调发展,地方高职院校及其主办主管部门必须按照科学发展观的要求,坚持正确的办学理念、加强内涵建设、创造办学特色、突出政府的主导作用、加快学院内部管理体制的改革。
