采取将花枝置于自然空气中失水的方式,研究了失水胁迫对月季花切花不同品种观赏品质的影响.分析了瓶插寿命、花径增大率最大值减少与水分胁迫间的相关性.结果表明,它们均呈正相关.红成功、黄金时代为极显著正相关:金奖章相关系数小,且不显著.在室温下放置24小时后,水分胁迫对月季切花观赏价值的影响各不相同.黄奖章品种几乎不受影响:红成功、黄金时代却表现为日平均观赏值减小,花枝出现“弯头”和“僵花”现象,花径增大率与瓶插寿命降低和缩短.证明筛选机失水胁迫品种是可行和必要的:防止失水是月季切花采后储运中的重要措施.
Taking the method of placing the flowering branch in the natural air to lose water, the effects of water loss on the ornamental quality of different varieties of cut rose flower were studied. The correlations between vase life, reduction of maximum flower diameter increase and water stress were analyzed. The results showed that they were all positively correlated. Red success, the golden age is extremely significant positive correlation: gold medal correlation coefficient is small, and not significant. After 24 hours at room temperature, the effects of water stress on the ornamental value of cut rose are different. Yellow Medallion varieties are almost unaffected: the success of red, golden age but showed the average daily viewing value decreases, the squid “elbow” and “stiff flower” phenomenon, flower diameter increase and vase life reduced and shortened. It is feasible and necessary to prove that the selection of water-losing variety is feasible and necessary. Preventing water loss is an important measure in postharvest storage and transportation of cut rose.
